Thus the project can be described by the social development Humaniza through funds obtained by Rouanet Law at the Ministry of Culture. The project is already in progress with the creation of an Inclusive School of Music Orchestra, which is integrating residents of the street and sex workers. In a second phase the project will add people off the prisonal system ex-holders of leprosy.
